US based Sales Representatives

Avonsys is a Fiji based company specializing in outsourcing, or more appropriately, in near-shoring System and Network Monitoring and Administration.

We seek USA based sales representatives, preferably on the West Coast, to market and sell our services. Compensation is entirely commission based, but lucrative.

You will prospect and advise us on potential leads, warm them, qualify them, and finally, together with our management and technical team, close the deal. You will ensure follow up with customers needs and demands for easy contract renewal at term and potential up-sale.

If you are an energetic and motivated individual who can work independently, have good knowledge of the type of services we provide, have a sound understanding of the IT industry and current trends with 3 to 5 years of sales and marketing experience, you could be the person we are looking for.

  • The time difference between the West Coast of the USA and us is only a couple of hours (4 or 5 hours depending on daylight saving time); this makes it much easier for our customers to engage with us in a timezone friendly manner
  • We have great connectivity and very low downtime, providing consistent service quality
  • Fiji is on the Southern Cross Fiber Optic Cable which means we are directly connected to the West Coast of the USA. Our network latency is much lower compared to other outsourcing destinations
  • Our people in Fiji speak English with no obvious ethnic accent. This makes life easier for our customers, as well as their customers.
  • We are very well connected when it comes to getting to Fiji. There are daily direct flights to Fiji from Los Angeles, Sydney and Auckland, and multiple direct flights every week from Seoul, Honolulu and Hong Kong
