The Team

	Leslie (Les) Allinson is co-founder and served as Executive Director/Chief Administration Officer during the first years of operations of the company. He was looking after the corporate services requirements of the company, including administration, human resources and procurement. Les is a knowledge management specialist and has over 30 years experience working in Europe, the Carribean and Asia Pacific. He has worked in a diverse range of roles covering mechanical engineering, computer programming, systems development and management information systems. Les has been part of, as well as led, the core team of several medium-to-large scale regional and ICT international projects, and has also acted as a senior advisor to governmental and non-governmental organisations alike. He has also had specialist training in the monitoring and evaluation of projects and programmes to international standards, and is highly skilled in information and communications technologies sector policy analysis, regulatory mechanisms and strategic development. 	Rajnesh Singh is co-founder and served as Chief Operating Officer during the company's establishment period where his role encompassed strategic planning, operational analysis and business development. He remains involved in the company in an advisory capacity as co-founder. Rajnesh is an entrepreneur with varied business interests across the Asia Pacific region including technology, real estate, agriculture and manufacturing. An engineer by training, Rajnesh brings with him a wealth of private sector experience in business planning, strategic analysis, international trade and business development. He holds executive management positions in several companies, and has managed projects dealing with infrastructure design and deployment and consulted on business and technology strategies for medium to large companies and organisations in the Asia Pacific region. He has also held advisory roles across multiple sectors, ranging from governmental organizations to sporting organizations and the private sector, and is active in the Asia Pacific and international Internet technical and policy communities. 	Franck Martin is co-founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer. He looks after the technical aspects of the company's operations and leads the technical support group. Franck is an ICT specialist with over 15 years experience on the many aspects of modern information systems, including database systems, network routing and protocols, software development and systems support. Prior to joining Avonsys, Franck worked for SOPAC, a Pacific-based regional inter-governmental organisation, where he led many projects and initiatives in Internet and technology development. During this time he established the operations of two ccTLDs (country code Top Level Domains) as well as an Internet Service Provider. Franck is also a regular contributor to the open source community, and the Internet community, where he served on the Board of Trustees of the Internet Society.
